Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.

Services and Booking

All occupational therapy services are subject to availability and acceptance. A free 15-minute consultation is offered to assess suitability. Formal therapeutic relationships begin only after initial consultation and mutual agreement to proceed.

Fees and Payment

Fees are as stated on the Fees & Packages page and are payable at the time of service. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments require at least 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full session fee.

Data Protection and GDPR Compliance

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Contact form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms and transmitted securely via HTTPS. Your data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

Professional Standards

All services are provided in accordance with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics, and Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT) Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.

Confidentiality

All information shared during therapeutic sessions is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except where required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide high-quality occupational therapy services, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Suzanne Clinton-Davis accepts no liability for outcomes beyond what is reasonable within professional standards of care.
