Mental health Services

Collaborative support tailored to you

I work with adults who have been unwell during university or their professional working years. The experience can leave people feeling devastated, lost, and filled with disappointment and anxiety.

My therapeutic approach

I work to rebuild people's sense of self through activities of daily living, routines, mastery of skills, cognitions and a return to meaningful occupations and employment. It is always a collaborative approach and carefully tailored to the individual.

Maternal mental health

Supporting you through motherhood

I have a specialist interest in maternal mental health and over 8 years of experience supporting mothers through the challenges of anxiety, low mood, OCD, ADHD, psychosis and bonding difficulties. I understand the profound impact that exhaustion, sleep loss and the transition to parenthood can have on wellbeing — and I work with you, gently and collaboratively, to rebuild confidence and routine.

Understanding sensory challenges

Many of us experience the world differently

Many of us experience the world differently through our senses. Sensory preferences and challenges can affect our ability to parent, to work with others, and to manage day-to-day life. I work with clients to understand their own sensory profile and to develop practical strategies, environments and routines that support wellbeing.

Employment support

Returning to meaningful work

Where appropriate, I support people in employment and, with their consent, collaborate with employers to implement reasonable adjustments that promote wellbeing in the workplace.

I trained as an Employment Specialist to complement my Occupational Therapy skills, enabling me to support individuals in returning to meaningful work and advise employers on return-to-work adjustments, strategies, and mental health education.

The Da Vinci Group

Rebuilding confidence, together

The Da Vinci Group is a unique group I created and continue to run — a warm, thoughtful space for professionals and educated individuals to rebuild cognitive skills and social confidence after a period of acute illness.
