Your information is stored securely in both paper and electronic formats.
- Paper records are kept under lock and key
- Electronic records are password protected
Appropriate security measures are in place to protect against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
How Long Your Information Is Kept
Records are retained in accordance with professional and legal requirements.
Typically, records are kept for at least 7 years after the end of treatment.
